Heading back to Moor Hall in Sutton Coldfield is always a pleasure, with so many wonderful parts of the venue and grounds perfect for photography, but adding in the fact of this being ‘Part II’ of the celebrations with Ashti + Chris, after their Hindu celebrations back in May, it certainly made the day all the more special…
I’d actually first met Chris at his sisters wedding at Holy Trinity Church (where the ceremony was also to take place for Ashti + Chris’ wedding) a few years ago and seeing how the families had grown over the time gap added something extra to the day, which when added to with the relationships that had been built at the Hare Krishna Bhaktivedanta Manor made for a truly unique wedding to capture.
Between Ashti + Chris and their families there are so many wonderful cultures and backgrounds, with the Trinidadian background of Ashti’s family and Chris’ multi-cultural family background with his fathers English Roman Catholic background, and his mothers Japanese background, only adding to the colour and story of the wedding celebrations.
The day for me started with the preparations of the bridal party at Moor Hall before heading to the Holy Trinity Church for the wedding ceremony – conducted by the fabulously entertaining Father Michael, whose wedding address story will certainly not be forgotten by those who where there to witness it…
With beautiful May weather on our side, proceeding the ceremony at Holy Trinity it was back to the fabulous Moor Hall for the wedding reception and very entertaining party.
There were so many beautiful moments to Ashti + Chris’ Moor Hall wedding, and it was such a privilege to be able to capture their complete story with the ceremonies in Watford and Sutton Coldfield.
