Intimate Summer Wedding at Warwick House
I’ve long said there’s something fabulous about midweek weddings, and Rachel + Stuart’s wedding at Warwick House was certainly no exception!
Bringing together their closest friends and family for the wedding at Warwick House in Southam, Warwickshire the day was wonderfully relaxed from start to end.
Rachel + Stuart first came to discuss their wedding plans back at the start of the year, and I just knew their day was going to be a blast to be part of. Stuart really is the life and soul of any occasion and just hilarious to be around! Such a fabulous couple, as evidently seen with the sheer number of friends who joined the night reception!
The wedding was the first time I had had the pleasure of working at Warwick House, and it really is a stunning setting.
Unfortunately with the unpredictable British summer weather, the ceremony plans had to be brought indoors rather than being able to enjoy an outdoor ceremony, however, with such a stunning room this was hardly a problem!
Here’s a look at their day…just awesome!
After capturing the preparations of the bridal party in the fabulous hands of Gemma and Bryony I took a few minutes to explore Warwick House, capturing the guests arrivals and catching up with Stu and the boys getting ready in their suits from the fabulous Duncan James.
Stu cracked me up when he pulled on his socks…and put his toe straight through them!
From the boys, it was back to the girls as the finishing touches were being applied to hair and makeup…

Rachel had chosen fabulously for her dress and her bridesmaids dresses, heading to Sarah from Designs on You, who was on-hand to dress Rachel ensuring the gown was perfect!
Rachel’s Grandad Vincent was walking her down the aisle to Stuart, his reaction which you’ll see in a few photos time as he saw her was just perfect!

The registrar was as much of a character as the groom!! :)

Following the family groups in the gardens, it was great to spend a few minutes with Rachel + Stuart making the most of the gorgeous gardens at Warwick House.
The different spaces at Warwick House allow the guests to relax at ease during the afternoon of the wedding.
The transformation of the main suite for the wedding breakfast was handled perfectly by the venue, who styled the room perfectly for the couple!
Following the wedding breakfast it was time for the speeches…which with Stuart and Chad’s personalities, I had high hopes for…and they didn’t disappoint!
Time to bring proceedings together and get the party underway!
My coverage concluded early on the evening of Rachel + Stu’s wedding, so to bring their story to a close, I just had to make the most of the gorgeous bedroom windows on the front of the property…
And that brings Rachel + Stu’s story to a conclusion…what a fabulous wedding to be part of!

Warwick House is really a fabulous venue and I cannot wait to be back their to capture another Warwickshire Wedding Story!
