Moddershall Oaks in Stone is such a stunning setting. As one of Staffordshire’s premier spa locations, it indeed offers something a little different!
As a wedding venue for a summer wedding, it is impressive. Getting married on the water’s edge of the private lake, with your friends and family enjoying the countryside setting – it is unique!
My coverage of Angie + Dan’s wedding started capturing the guest’s arrivals for the wedding. With the sun shining, and the setting being private and relaxed, it set everything for a great day!

Watching the developing emotions of the Bride and Groom is always a highlight. Throw in the extra meaning with the Bride and Groom’s daughter walking down the aisle, and you have a unique and special moment to capture!
One thing I love about outdoor ceremonies is the ability to move around the wedding unobtrusively capturing the whole story of the wedding.

The stunning setting of Moddershall Oaks is fantastic for a wedding photographer, and with our bride looking amazing in her gown from Adele Louise, and our groom looking very dapper in his suit from Duncan James, I was a happy man exploring the countryside setting!
Wedding Breakfast in The Venue at Moddershall Oaks
The function room for the wedding breakfast, and indeed the reception at Moddershall Oaks is fabulous!
The room transforms for the evening, from an intimate space to a grand party venue.
To open the afternoon, Angie + Dan started the wedding breakfast with the speeches, with our bride also taking the floor!

With beautiful summer weather staying throughout the day, we were blessed with beautiful light over the lake, which gave the perfect backdrop for our evening portraits.
Alas, my coverage for Angie + Dan’s wedding came to an end all too soon, but not before I made the most of the stunning setting for a few signature portraits with our bride and groom!
