A Beautiful Spring Engagement Session at Calke Abbey with Derbyshire Wedding Photographer Stuart James
Emily and Russell are getting married at the start of August at the beautiful setting of Breadsall Priory. A venue I’m really looking forward to working at – it is stunning!
As typical for my couples, Emily + Russ chose to enjoy a relaxed engagement session ahead of their wedding this summer. A time to get comfortable in front of the camera, and also to start to build that all important connection between us too; if by the time we get to the wedding we feel as friends, the day just flows amazingly.
Emily and Russ chose the stunning setting of Calke Abbey for their portraits, a location I enjoyed working at last year with Emi + Chris, and with stunning weather on our side, we had a great time exploring.
From starting the session a little nervous and lacking in confidence, within a few minutes we were all having a fabulous time.
Emily and Russ are such a stunning couple, I’m going to have such a great time photographing their wedding!
