I first met Matt back in 2008 when I photographed his sisters wedding at Moxhull Hall in Sutton Coldfield.
Emma came and talked to me with Matt’s mom at a bridal fayre back in January and we hit it off straight away, and I just knew we were all going to have an absolute blast on the day!
It was a really humid day, and I was quite glad of a late afternoon start rather than in the midday heat, and especially with the lack of air-conditioning in the function room I think everyone there was happy too!!
Although I’ve driven past the Ramada hundreds of time this was actually the first wedding I’d photographed here, and although it doesn’t have an abundance of gardens for portraits of the bride and groom, with a bit of careful planning I was able to cordon off the perfect spot for the family photos by the Willow tree, then take the Bride + Groom just a few minutes up the road to Shoal Hill on Cannock Chase, ever a beautiful spot for photographs.
I’m just putting the finishing touches to their stunning album, which is looking so good I might order one as a show album too!
